The Imposter

Some leaders have imposter syndrome. Others are just imposters. A syndrome involves feelings of inadequacy.  It is an issue to resolve. An imposter deliberately acts to deceive and impersonate. It is a vice to expose. Leaders with the syndrome are deceived. Leaders with the vice are deceivers. The syndrome requires recognition and rehabilitation. The vice requires exposure and correction.
